Some experiences change you quietly, and Friendship Circle was one of them. As a teen volunteer, I showed up thinking I had something to give — what I didn't expect was how much I'd receive: confidence, perspective, and friendships that redefined how I see the world. That's the magic of this organization. Friendship Circle brings joy and companionship to children with special needs and real support to their families, all while giving volunteers a chance to grow in ways they never expected.

Though that was years ago, this has stuck with me and Friendship Circle has remained dear to my heart.

Now I'm taking on Mount Kilimanjaro, 19,341 feet, and aiming to raise $8,500 by July 26th for Friendship Circle. Is it ambitious? Absolutely. But I'm in my "if not now, when?" era and this cause is worth every step of the climb. Please donate and come on this journey with me.
