Hiking Mount Kilimanjaro was an incredible experience that will never be forgotten. While reaching the top was an amazing accomplishment, it was the journey itself that was truly special. Knowing that we were all working together to support such a wonderful cause, the Friendship Circle, made the experience all the more meaningful.

"The trip was amazing, better than anything I could've imagined! Team Friendship prepared us very well in the weeks and months before the hike and during the trip we were fed well, put up at great hotels before and after, had comfortable tents and overall sleeping conditions on the mountain, the guides were all very helpful and responsible, looking out for us each step of the way and going above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and everyone felt comfortable and prepared"

It was an awesome trip. It challenged all of us but it was awesome to get to the finish. That means getting back down. although getting to the peak was the goal , the way down was grueling and hard and to finish it was truly an accomplishment to be able to do it and help a charity at the same time was just awesome.
