This August, I will be hiking through Glacier National Park to raise awareness and help cultivate greater acceptance for individuals with special needs.
The Friendship Circle exists to bring happiness and companionship to children and young adults with special needs by celebrating their individuality, while also providing energy, support, and peace of mind to their families.
Friendship Circle chapters create meaningful relationships and friendships between teen volunteers and children with special needs, helping to build confidence, ignite dreams, and broaden perspectives for everyone involved.
I am NOT asking for a tip. I am NOT asking for a raise. I am NOT asking for help paying the bills.
I am asking to stop the labeling. I am asking to end the staring. I am asking to give a child a friend.
Together we can make a difference in this world! Your friend - Bracha
