ITINERARY

Day 1: | OREGON ARRIVAL AND TRANSFER TO CASCADE MOUNTAINS
Making our way deep into the Cascade Mountains, we will take in the incredible scenery of the American Northwest. After setting up camp and dinner, we head for a starlight walk for great guided stargazing.

DRIVING: 2-3 hours | HIKING: Leisure Walk | KOSHER MEALS: Dinner included | OVERNIGHT: Lodging at Black Butte Ranch

Day 2: HIKE THUNDERING WATERFALLS
This journey will bring guests just over the crest of the mighty Cascades, to the “wet” side of Oregon. Through this lush, hushed environment we’ll course our way along this spectacular river. Thunderous waterfalls splash white mist into the aquamarine blue waters casting rainbows against the fern-covered cliffs.

HIKING: 8 miles, approx. 5-6 hours | KOSHER MEALS: All included | OVERNIGHT:  Lodging at Black Butte Ranch

DAY 3: HIKE BLACK BUTTE VOLCANO SUMMIT
Our view-packed hike to the summit makes its way through stunning old ponderosa pine at first, and then as we gain 1600ft in elevation, the change in ecosystems happens before our eyes. Once we stand on top of this incredible volcano, our eyes will drink in the breadth of the mighty Cascades and our lungs will take in the fresh mountain air.

DRIVING: 2-3 Hours | HIKING: 4 miles, approx. 5 hours | KOSHER MEALS: All Included | OVERNIGHT: On own
