Here are some Covid-19 protocols we’ve put into place to ensure your safety and provide flexibility in case of any Covid-related issues.

We are carefully monitoring local public health recommendations and continually assessing the situation so that we can provide a safe environment throughout the weekend experience and beyond.

As we plan and take Covid-19 into consideration, we understand that travel plans and airline restrictions are subject to change. As such, we are temporarily modifying the Team Friendship cancellation policy for a limited time. If your plans change, your reservation can, too. We’re giving you the flexibility to cancel by November 26, 2021. Your registration fee will be refunded, and you can apply any funds you’ve raised to a different Team Friendship event of your choice.

Registered participants who are not able to attend a scheduled event due to COVID-related issues, can cancel their registration at any time and will receive a full refund of your registration fee and any funds raised can be applied to a later Team Friendship Event.

We know how important it is to have peace of mind and flexibility during these uncertain times. With that said, we’re expecting a smooth and wonderful experience and we’d love to share it with you!
